Tim Titcomb was an exemplary student-athlete in the late 1980s, balancing success in athletics and academics masterfully. He graduated valedictorian of his class of 1990 and was one of the best male tennis players in ORR history. A natural athlete and leader, Tim served as captain for the tennis and soccer teams and played on the varsity basketball squad his senior year. In his four years of varsity tennis, he lost just one SCC match (freshman year doubles), going undefeated in doubles his sophomore year and in singles his junior and senior year. He was considered the area’s top tennis player and earned numerous accolades for his tennis prowess, including being named a four-time Standard Time All-Star, the SCC co-Player of the Year in 1989, and the SCC Player of the Year in 1990.

SOURCES & HISTORICAL NOTES
October 16, 2026: plaque biography reconciled directly against the existing photograph of the physical 2016 plaque. The inscription matches. Printed errors and induction-era claims remain part of the plaque record; this is not independent verification of every historical claim. No photographs were added or changed.
Plaque biography transcribed from official 2016 manufacturer artwork. The approved Class of 1990 yearbook portrait was standardized to the Jefferson presentation standard, with the original historical source preserved.
The Hall of Fame archive also preserves the complete 2016 display (IMG_1878.JPEG), pairing the historical photograph and induction plaque. That original display is included in the profile gallery.
October 14, 2026: text-only editorial review against the existing Hall biography and source notes. Existing history covers the available Hall achievements; retained rather than padded. This review does not certify an exact physical-plaque match or current record status.
